Catrin Owen
Catrin qualified as a solicitor in 1987. Having worked initially for a large firm in Chelmsford, Essex, Catrin returned to Wales and formed her own firm Catrin Owen Solicitor/Cyfreithiwr in 1993.
Catrin has specialised for 35 years in residential and commercial freehold and leasehold property conveyancing. Catrin’s work ranges from the relatively straightforward residential conveyancing to complex work for property developers and wind farms.
Catrin is a fluent Welsh speaker and is more than happy to converse and conduct her services through the medium of Welsh. Mae Catrin yn hapus i siarad ac os yn bosib i wneud unrhyw waith cyfreithiol drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg.
Tim O’Sullivan
Tim qualified as a Solicitor in 1987. He practised in complex commercial litigation in the City of London.
Since forming Owen & O’Sullivan in 1996, Tim has developed expertise in preparing and presenting cases in a variety of different courts and tribunals in Wales and England.
Tim honed his advocacy skills over many years in the criminal courts, Employment Tribunal and Family and Civil courts.
Tim now concentrates on divorce and family law, wills and probate and landlord-and-tenant law.
